- Add salt, turmeric powder and Close the lid of the Cooker till 2 whistles.

- The Subji should be of thick consistency but the vegetables should not be pureed completely.
- Mix well.
- Add Jeera dhania powder and lemon juice.
- Khichyo Saag is ready to Serve.
- Transfer in a Serving bowl.
- Serve Piping hot with Roti.
