  2. Let the cooker cool down and smash. Now transfer to a pan and put on gas. Add a little water, turmeric, ginger, garlic, green chilli, jaggery, lemon and boil for 10 minutes. Then turn off the gas and give tadka of mustard seeds, cumin, fenugreek, curry leaves
  3. Serve with rice. Add 1 spoon ghee on it
