- Cook circles on tawa, add ghee on both the sides of circles on low flame.

This instant rabdi or rabri is just a quick solution. Other than this quick rabdi, I love lachcha rabdi as well. This is a much lengthier process than making rabri with condensed milk. Rabri can also be mixed with yogurt or buttermilk or cumin seeds, dry fruits etc can be used as garnish. Uses Of Rabri: Rabri can be mostly eaten with gulab jamun to have more sweet mouth.
