  3. Meanwhile grind the corn into fine paste. Heat the pan on medium flame. Add corn paste and dry roast the corn paste for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Switch off the gas. Transfer it to the mixing bowl. Let it cool down.
  5. Add ginger chilli paste, aamchur powder, garam masala, chat masala, salt and smash potatoes and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  6. Now take a dough and divide into equal portion. Take a portion and roll into the small circle.
  7. Take one portion of filling and keep it in the centre. Seal the portion on all ends.
  8. Roll out once again to make a paratha. Heat the tawa on low medium flame.
  9. Now place the paratha on tawa. Flip and roast on both sides. Apply oil or ghee while roasting.
  10. Sweet corn potato paratha is ready to serve. Serve with raita and pickle.
