Lady's Finger Sabzi recipe - How to make Lady's Finger Sabzi. Wash lady's finger one hour before making subzi and dry throughly or clean with wet cloth and dry. Cut into circle or in long strips. Heat the oil in pan or kadhai ,add mustard seeds, when it crackle , add hing and lady's finger and.

- Add the fried paneer, capsicum and lady finger. Mix well and let it cook for five more minutes on medium heat. Serve with paratha or nan bread.
Wash and wipe lady's finger well with a clean kitchen towel. This step is important to prevent the lady's finger from getting sticky while cooking.
