  1. Add ghee into a non stick saucepan. Add milk and mix. Add the milk powder and mix well. Add the sugar, rose syrup and cardamom and stir until the mixture moves away from the sides of the saucepan. This should take at least 12 minutes
  2. Once its done transfer in a greased tray and spread it to cool. Once cooled make small balls and roll it on coloured sugar. Stick a pop stick and let it set for couple of hours. You can set in a tray and make squares or use a mould as well.
