This is a vegan chutney made without onion, tomato or coconut. Tastes really good with hot idli, dosa or even paratha. To make the chutney, heat the carrots in a small saucepan. Stir in the vinegar, sugar, parsley and peach pieces.

    1. heat a tsp of oil in pan add red chilli fry bit take and keep aside. In the remaining oil add urid dal and channa dal and fry till it changes colour drain and keep aside. - - 2. Let it cool for sometimes and grind into smooth and silky paste with fried dal, chilli and tamarind. Adjust salt. - - 4. Temper this with mustard, urid dal and curry leaves. - - 5. It goes well with idli and dosa.
