  3. Now take a bowl, add Manchurian Ingredients with finely chopped vegetables in it & mix them properly.
  4. Then add 3 Table Spoon Maida, 2 Table Spoon Cornstarch or 6 Table Spoon Maida, 4 Table Spoon Cornstarch in it depending on how much wet mixture is mix them properly.
  5. Don’t add a single drop of water in them because after adding salt vegetables will release moisture which will help them bind into mixture.
  6. Now let the mixture rest for 4-5 minutes.
  7. After 4-5 minutes, take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  8. When oil gets heated up, make medium size balls from mixture & dop them in oil & fry them till they their surface is set but don’t fry them till golden brown in first frying.
  9. Now take them out in a plate & let them cool down.
  10. Then after some time again turn on the gas & keep it on high flame.
  11. Now fry Manchurian balls till they turn into golden brown in colour.
  12. After 2-3 minutes, when they turn into golden brown in colour, turn off the gas & take them out in a bowl.
  13. Now again take a kadhai, add 4 Table Spoon oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  14. When oil gets heated up, add finely chopped onions, garlic cloves, Ginger & roughly chopped capsicum & spring onion in it & cook them for 3-4 minutes till they become translucent/ Soft.
  15. After 3-4 minutes, add sauce ingredients in it & mix them properly.
  16. When it starts boiling, turn off the flame & add fried Manchurian balls in it & mix them properly.
  17. Remember to turn off the gas or Manchurian balls will become soft.
  18. In then end add some dhaniya leaves in it & mix them properly.
