- Chop Manchurian Ingredients Onions, Capsicum, Carrot, Gobhi, Ginger, Garlic Cloves very-very finely.
- Chop Gravy Ingredients, Onions, Ginger, Garlic Cloves very-very finely but soft Capsicum & Spring Onions roughly.
- Now take a bowl, add Manchurian Ingredients with finely chopped vegetables in it & mix them properly.
- Then add 3 Table Spoon Maida, 2 Table Spoon Cornstarch or 6 Table Spoon Maida, 4 Table Spoon Cornstarch in it depending on how much wet mixture is mix them properly.
- Don’t add a single drop of water in them because after adding salt vegetables will release moisture which will help them bind into mixture.
- Now let the mixture rest for 4-5 minutes.
- After 4-5 minutes, take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
- When oil gets heated up, make medium size balls from mixture & dop them in oil & fry them till they their surface is set but don’t fry them till golden brown in first frying.
- Now take them out in a plate & let them cool down.
- Then after some time again turn on the gas & keep it on high flame.
- Now fry Manchurian balls till they turn into golden brown in colour.
- After 2-3 minutes, when they turn into golden brown in colour, turn off the gas & take them out in a bowl.
- Now again take a kadhai, add 4 Table Spoon oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
- When oil gets heated up, add finely chopped onions, garlic cloves, Ginger & roughly chopped capsicum & spring onion in it & cook them for 3-4 minutes till they become translucent/ Soft.
- After 3-4 minutes, add sauce ingredients in it & mix them properly.
- When it starts boiling, turn off the flame & add fried Manchurian balls in it & mix them properly.
- Remember to turn off the gas or Manchurian balls will become soft.
- In then end add some dhaniya leaves in it & mix them properly.
