The ingredients needed to make Beef gravy:
  1. Prepare Beef 500 grm
  2. Prepare Carrot 5 (cut into cubes)
  3. Get French beans 15 (cut into medium pieces)
  4. Take Celery 1long stem (cut into medium pieces)

  6. Take 2 tbs Dark soya sauce
  7. Prepare 1 tbs Apple cider vinegar
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  10. Take 1 tbs Sriracha chilli sauce
  11. Prepare 1 tbs Cornflour
  12. Prepare 4 tbs Olive oil
  13. Get to taste Salt

Set a roasted joint of meat aside. Discard the remaining fat, so that you are left with just the pan juices. Add plain flour and herbs to the roasting tin. Traditional beef gravy is the best accompaniment to roast beef and Yorkshire puddings, the national dish of Great Britain.

  1. Cut beef into thin small slices, wash and marinate with turmeric powder, salt and vinegar, keep for 30min
  2. Cook meat in pressure cooker as required time to cook until soft, drain and keep the stock
  3. Pour oil in pan, add carrot, beans, capsicum stir often, cover and cook for 10min in low flame
  4. Add beef, soya sauce, chilli sauce, celery and stir often about 10min
  5. Now add beef stock, mixed herbs and cook in high flame until thick consistency
  6. Now mix cornflour 3tbs of water and add with beef gravy stir and remove
  7. Tasty beef gravy is ready to serve

The secret to any good gravy is the stock - and the secret to any good stock is in the bones.
