  1. First Heat the 100 grm ghee.
  2. Grate the carrot and put it in a pot on heat, stir fry continuously till all the water is evaporated.
  3. Then put green cardamom milk and sugar cook for a while till water evaporates. Then add desi ghee and cook 5-7 minutes further.
  4. At last, finish with mawa/khoya.
  5. Present on a plate and garnish with pistachios and almonds plus walnuts. Bon appétit ☺
