  4. Chop half the peanuts and then add to the slow cooker.
  5. Chop a small handful of coriander and add to the slow cooker.
  6. Give one final stir and set the slow cooker to high for 4-6 hours.
  7. When taking off the heat chop the remaining coriander.
  8. (Optional) Serve with sticky rice or noodles.
  9. Plate up 1 chicken, some sauce, sprinkle with the coriander and some whole peanuts.
