- Take 2 lrg chunky pieces of haddock

Stir ¼ tsp mild curry powder into the mayonnaise instead of the garlic, and serve the fish with rice. Place the haddock pieces onto a plate and drizzle with the juice of one of the limes and toss to evenly coat. - Pre heat oven to 180. Get all your veg ready, quickly par boil the Asparagus and then pop into cold water, do the same with the carrots,
- In a pan fry your garlic and leek with a knob of butter.
- Pop your leeks in a oven tray and put your fish on top and your veg next to it. Add 1/2 the sweet chilli and bake for about 18mins.
- Plate up your fish and veg and then add the remaining sweet chilli and sprinkle with the fresh herbs, Enjoy x
