- Take the pan. Switch on gas (slow flame) First you need to dry roast each and every ingredients mentioned in ingredients section one by one.
- Dry roast slightly till you get aroma. Till the moisture goes. Don't over roast it. Allow it to cool. Do not grind at home. Give it in chakki / flour milk shop. Mention as health mix powder.
