- Add the ground basmati rice but mix it in saffron milk and than add to the boiling milk to avoid lumps
- Keep stirring constantly And let the rice cooks..take care to see that the rice doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan Add the powdered dry fruits
- Off the gas once the milk thickens and the rice is fully cooked..let it cool
- Now add the main ingredient that's the rose water..it gives a nice taste and aroma to the phirni.
