Not as sweet as others, and I love the rose water and cardamom. The raisins are a nice addition. Rice kheer is my very favorite sweet Indian dessert. Creamy with just a touch of sweetness, it's easily flavored aromatic spices, chopped nuts or dried fruits, and tastes delicious warm or chilled.
