- Prepare 1 lit Full cream milk
- Get 1/2
- Get 1/2 cup wheat flour

- Take 2 Pinch salt
- Prepare 1/2 Vanilla essence
- Get 3,4 drop gel skyblue colour
- Prepare Chopped dry fruits
- Take Sprinkles
- Make ready leaf Rose
Instructions to make Healthy Cassata:
- Take heavy bottom kadhai pour 1 liter of milk boil it add Suger mix it..Separate 1 cup milk in the khadai.
- In this 1 cup milk add wheat flour slowly whisk it.prepare without lumps.
- Pour this mixture in to the khadai slowly- slowly keep stirring add salt. Cook it 3,4 minutes it becomes thick add cardamom powder. Mix well. Cool it
- Now In take Grinder jar pour this mixture and Churn it 4 minutes it became fluffy. Now take airtight container pour this mixture.cover with aluminum foil and Lid And refrigerate it 1 hour.
- After 1 hour churn it in grinder. And divided mixture into 2 parts
- Take 1st part add Strawberry emulsion and churn it.keep aside. Wash grinder. Take 2 nd part add skyblue colour and Vanilla essence churn it 3 minutes.
- Now take airtight containe sprinkles some dryfruits.Now pour strawberry milk refrigerate covered with Aluminum foil and cover with Lid.after 1 hour pour blue mixture with the help of spoon. Shown below. Sprinkles dry fruits. And cover again with foil & lid Deep freeze 7,8 hour.whole night.
- Now remove the lid & foil afer1 minute demoud it and Cuts & sprinkle some golden balls & dry fruits.
