- Wash and soak all dals in water for 5-6 hours. Drain water and mix all dals, ginger, green chillies grind them in thick paste add turmeric,salt and red chilli powder, mix it should be like dosa batter.
- Heat pan apply little oil and pour a large spoon of batter in middle and use the base of spoon to make circle with it. When cook serve with any chutney.
