  1. First mix the wheat flour and besan nicely.
  2. Then chop the vegetables and mix with atta. With adding little water, knead properly to make a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  3. Dust wheat flour on the rolling board and make thick paratha.
  4. Heat a tawa and apply ghee on it. Keep the paratha on it. Fry it from both sides till it gets nice brown colour.
  5. Serve with pickle and raita.
