  1. Make paratha dough by combining wheat flour, salt, carom seeds, sesame seeds, oil and water. Knead it until dough is soft and smooth. Cover and keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Make stuffing by combining finely chopped cabbage,beetroot,carrot, capsicum,onion,coriander, pumpkin,colocasia(arbi)leaves,salt,turmeric,ginger-garlic-chili paste,asafoetida,poha and grated paneer. Mix it well.
  3. Make ball sized dough, dust it with wheat flour and roll gently. Put the stuffing into middle of the dough and close it by gathering all edges. Again dust it with wheat flour and gently roll paratha.
