- Take all lentils in a bowl. Wash them and soak them for 7 hours or overnight.
- After 7 hours, take out water from lentils. In a mixer jar add lentils, green chillies, ginger, jeera and ajvain. Add little water.
- Grind them in coarse texture. Take out mixture in a bowl add finely chopped onion, chopped coriander, turmeric powder and salt. Mix them
- Heat oil for frying and with hand make small balls of mixture and put them in oil. Fry till golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
