Instructions to make Mixed dal pakode:
  1. Take all lentils in a bowl. Wash them and soak them for 7 hours or overnight.
  2. After 7 hours, take out water from lentils. In a mixer jar add lentils, green chillies, ginger, jeera and ajvain. Add little water.
  3. Grind them in coarse texture. Take out mixture in a bowl add finely chopped onion, chopped coriander, turmeric powder and salt. Mix them
  4. Heat oil for frying and with hand make small balls of mixture and put them in oil. Fry till golden brown. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
