  1. Prepare 1/4 cup chana dal
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup arhar dal
  3. Take 2 tbsp white urad dal

  7. Make ready 2 tomatoes

Steps to make Mixed Dal:
  1. Wash all dals. Soak in water for 15 mins.
  2. In a cooker, heat ghee. Add zeera, green chilli and chopped ginger-garlic. Fry for a minute. Add onions and green chilli, fry.
  3. When onion turns brown, add tomatoes, fry till soft.
  4. Add the dals, salt and haldi. Add water and pressure cook for 12-15 mins.
  5. Serve with dal or rice.
