  1. To make the the stuffing heat oil in wok. Fry the ground ginger-garlic for a minute on low to medium flame.
  2. Mix chopped green chilli and veggies.(strain water from cabbage before cooking). Cook the masala, veggies till all moisture evaporate.
  3. Add cheese and chopped coriander. Mix well on low flame.
  4. Switch off the flame. Add salt and Italian seasoning and mix well. Set aside.
  5. With little water at a time make the dough. Rest for 10 minutes. Make small balls.
  6. Roll out like pooris. Stuff the cooked masala and make the momo dumplings.
