- Finely chop or grate cucumber.Grate carrot.Finely chop capsicum and onion.Whisk thick curd with a whisker.If needed add 1 tbsp water.Add all grated and chopped vegetables.Heat 1/2 tsp oil and sprinkle mustard seeds.When they splutter,add curry leaves and fry.Add this to the curd and mix well.Add black salt,roasted cumin powder,chaat masala and chopped coriander.Mix all well and garnish with roasted cumin powder,red chilli powder and chopped coriander.Serve as a side dish with biryani or pulao.
