Steps to make Mixed veg pulao with cucumber salad and raita:
- Wash and soak the rice for 10mins. Meanwhile place a cooker pot and add ghee. Once ghee is hot add all dry garam masala.
- Add onions and wait until translucent. Then add green chillies abd saute. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook until raw flavour released. Add tomatoes and salt. Closed the lid and wait until tomatoes are mushy.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and all the vegetables and saute for. Min. Add all the 4 cups of water.once water boils add the soaked rice.
- Give a nice mix. Add mint and coriander leaves and lemon juice. Cook untill 3 whistle on high flame. Pulao is ready to serve.
- For salad mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for 5 min before serving.
- For raita, add all the ingredients and mix well. serve chilled.
