  4. Chop onions, green chillies, coriander leaves,grate carrots and keep aside
  5. Heat dosa pan on medium flame spread the batter and make dosa, spread some chopped onions, carrot, green chillies and coriander leaves on top of the dosa, sprinkle some ghee or oil on dosa, cook untill done,
  6. Serve this steamy healthy dosas with coconut chutney, potato gravy or any choice of your vegetable gravy.

This dosa recipe which I am going to share today does not require use of rice. Also, it is an instant recipe that means it does not need any fermentation time.
