- Then drain the water and boil in the pressure cooker with one cup of water.
- Blanch palak.
- Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, carom seeds, onion seeds, green chilli, whole moong dal and spinach and mix it well.
- Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
- Divide the dough into a ball and roll out chapati
- On a heated pan make paratha applying clarified butter on both sides.
- Serve hot.

Heat a skillet, grease it with oil and cook over medium heat and cook the moong dal paratha in flip sides and apply oil, until cooked through, and has golden brown spots on both sides.
