(Hari Moong Dal Cheela):
- Take 2 cups soaked whole Green Gram(6 hours minimum)
- Take 1 glass water for grinding
- Make ready 6 green chillies

- Make ready 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- Prepare 1 Tsp cumin seed powder
- Make ready 1 tsp black salt
- Take 1.5 tbsp chaat masala
- Make ready 1 tsp dry ginger powder

- Get 1/2 Tsp Eno for 2 pancackes
You can add little water if required. Pour the batter in a large container and check the seasoning by just taking a bit of batter on your forefinger and tasting it…. Take a mixing bowl and add all ingredients except water, one by one - besan flour, grated veggies, moringa leaves, green chili paste, finely chopped ginger, carom seeds, salt, black salt, turmeric powder, and water. Mix everything very well and make sure that there are no lumps.
Steps to make Whole Green Gram Savory Pancake
(Hari Moong Dal Cheela):
- Soak the whole Green gram overnight or for minimum of 6 hours and drain all the water.
- Grind the soaked lentil with 1 glass water in a mixer and check the consistency of the batter as shown in the picture below.
- Take a big mixing bowl and transthe batter in it. Add green chillies, onion and fresh coriander in it. Mix nicely.
- Add cumin seed powder, chaat masala, Black salt in the batter.
- Add dry ginger powder, normal salt and mix everything nicely.
- Now divide the batter as per current preparation. Separate the quantity which is to be made first and add eno in it. We do not add eno in the whole batter because its effect finishes if the batter is not used immediately. That's why divide the batter and add required eno to it.
- Mix eno quickly and get ready to cook it on a flat pan.
- Take a flat pan and grease with oil. Spread the batter in round shape carefully.
- Cover with lif at low flame for faster cooking. Then uncover. You will see a nice golden colour on the pancake. Flip the side and cook till it is golden brown from both sides. Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney for best taste.
Mixing with a whisk will ease the job and make the batter lump-free. Drain thoroughly and grind to a coarse paste without adding water. Take the ground dal in a bowl and add grated carrots,chopped bell pepper,sliced onions,grated ginger,chopped green chilli,salt and rice flour. In the morning discard the water used for soaking and transfer the ingredients to a food processor. Add green chilli, ginger, salt and grind to a smooth consistency using required amount of water.
