A simple yet superbly flavourful Biryani that uses boneless chunks of chicken instead of on the bone pieces, which makes it much faster to prepare and much easier to serve/eat. Then sprinkle half the fried onions on top of the chicken. Top with the rice and spices and then drizzle the saffron milk over.

The ingredients needed to make Chicken boneless biryani:
- Prepare 2 cups rice
- Prepare 5 tomatoes
- Get 10 cloves garlic
- Get 6 green chillis
- Get 2 1/2 tsp Salt i put
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli
- Prepare 4 slice Lemon
- Get 750 gram Chicken
- Get 1 tbs Mixed pickle
- Take 1 cinnamon stick
- Take 1 big cardamom
- Make ready Few whole black paper
- Take 2 tsp cumin
- Make ready 5 cloves
- Get 1 pinch nut meg powder
- Take 8 dry plums
- Prepare Ghee
- Take 2 cups water same cup which you use for rice measurement
- Get Yellow food colour
Add freshly ground bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, shahi jeera, star anise, mace, and peppercorns to the chicken. Add yogurt, mint leaves, cilantro, green chillies, grated ginger and garlic, and fried onions. Squeeze the juice out of a lemon in the marinade. In a medium-size pot, heat the chicken stock and salt.
Instructions to make Chicken boneless biryani:
- Blend the tomatoes, garlic and green chilli in a blender make a paste.
- Add ghee or oil in a pan heat the oil first then add all the dry spice in the pan and stir it for 30 seconds then add chicken add stir that for 10 minutes.
- Then add all the blend mixture in that and add lemon, pickle aswell red chilli and salt.
- Now add 2 cups of water and leave it for boiling on medium flame.
- When the water is boiling properly then drain the rice and add in that boiling water make sure no excess water go in there and add yellow food colour.
- Then leave it on high to medium gas until the water gets dry but make sure u mix the rice during this process when the water gets dry leave it on very low flame and put the lid on top for 15 minutes. If you think your rice its still not done you can add bit of water and leave it on low flame. Enjoy the rice with salad.
When the mixture is hot pour it over the rice and stir well. Add the chicken mixture and the potatoes; gently mix them into the rice. Traditional chicken biryani is made by layering marinated chicken and then layered with parboiled rice, herbs,saffron milk & then ghee. I have shared that traditional hyderabadi biryani here. Chicken Biryani is an aromatic, mouth watering and authentic Indian dish with succulent chicken in layers of fluffy rice, fragrant spices and fried onions.
