Instructions to make Homemade Vegan platter:
  1. Assalamualaikum, Heàt a pan on flame, pour the water, add salt, rice mix well cooked for 10 mins.
  2. Now,heàt a oil,add the pumpkin,salt,chilli flax,mix well,cooked for 10 mins,
  3. Heat a pressure cooker, add the oil, then add cumin seed, Onion, tomato, mix well, then add all spices, mix well for 2 mins, now add the peas, rice and paneer, give it a good mix, cooked for 2 whistles.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai, add the Onion mix well then add the all spices mix well, add the green chilli, cracked the All eggs, mix well, at least 5 mins then add the Cream, switch off the flame.
  5. Mix all spices mentioned for stuff jalapeno, and stuff the masala in jalapeno,heàt a pan steam the All stuff jalapeno, now ready to serve Vegan platter.
