- Get 1 tsp Cashew Powder

Instructions to make Khajoor Mawa Roti:
- Remove the seeds of khajoor, grind in mixer. Add cashew powder, almond powder, khowa, cardamom powder and grind again to a smooth thick paste. Add powdered sugar only if you feel so.
- Take a portion of dough, roll it 2"diam disc. Fill it with khajoor stuffing. Close the edges and roll again to make 7" diam disc.
- Dry roast this disc properly from both the sides on tawa. Pour desi ghee and shallow fry till it becomes golden and crisp. Serve hot. Enjoy!
