Instructions to make Rice Kheer:
  1. Rinse the rice 3-4 times and soak it.
  2. Chop the kaju, kismis.
  3. Take milk in a deep pan bring it to a boil on a high flame than reduce the flame and keep on cooking while stirring along.
  4. Add rice and cook for 2-3 mins than add sugar. Now cook the rice sugar and milk for 20 mins stirring in between. Now add milk made and kaju and kismis. And mix and cook for 15 mins.
  5. Now add the elaichi powder and cook for 5 mins. Switch off the flame. And let it cool down. Refrigeraterate it and serve chilled with garnish of rose petals.
