- Take some dosa batter in the separate bowl,add some salt and mix it. You can add some water to adjust pouring consistency.
- Sprinkle some water in hot pan & then add some batter and make round shape dosa on the pan. Add few drops of ghee and let it cook/roast on high flame until dosa gets light brown color & then serve with favorite sides.
