  3. For aagree ka bhalla: mix corn flour, cumin powder, Red chilli powder,salt, black pepper powder, chat masala, coriander powder in boiled potatoes. Make tikkis from the mixture. Shallow fry to get crispy agree ka bhalla. Once tikki are formed press them a little and again shallow fry to get double crispy aagre ka bhalla
  4. For chutku samosa : for papdi make dough. For masala add oil in pan add cumin seeds,rai, boiled potatoes,red chilli powder, sugar turmeric powder, salt, coriander seeds,dry Mango powder. Roast for few minutes. Cool. Make cones with dough and fill masala. Deep fry to get chutku samosa.
  5. For green chutney: grind coriander leaves and pudina leaves,ginger,salt, curry,chilli cumin seeds to form paste
  6. For imli chutney: extract imli pulp. Heat oil.add cuminseeds, coriander seeds, red chilli powder, imli pulp,salt. boil for few minutes. Cool
  7. For sweet curd mix sugar in hung curd to get thick consistency
