- Wash the keema and put it in a vessel then to that add ginger garlic, green chilli paste, salt, chopped coriander, red chilli and turmeric powder, garam masala powder, oil, 1 big chopped onion and fry these after 5 mins (Approximately it will take at least 25 mins to cook on low flame).
- Take the boiled potatoes, smash them and then take a kadhai put sum ginger garlic, green chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, saute it and keep aside. Then after some time mix this potatoes mixture with the keema.
- Then take a naan cut it from the middle spread some ghee on top and bottom portion of naan stuff keema potato masala, then cover it with another layer of the bread and brush some ghee on top of the bread, then keep it on a pan till the naan becomes little crispy.
- Naan chaap is ready to eat with sliced onion, pudina and lemon.
