- For Dough preparation first in a bowl add maida, sujji and salt and mix well then gradually add water and knead a soft dough cover it with samp cloth and rest it for 30 minutes
- Knead dough again for 6-8 minutes then divide dough into four parts
- Then take one part and make ball put some oil on working table and roll out thinly dough with the help of rolling pin
- Cut the dough into circle shape and cover it with samp cloth for 10 minutes then in a wok,add oil and moderately heat the oil and fry then on medium low flame and fry them until golden brown(nudge and press down so that Puri puffs off) and the delicious gol gappay ready to eat with some boiled potato, imli ki methi chutney,cholay,sev,Hara dhania and piyaaz and enjoy 😉
