  4. Cut the dough into circle shape and cover it with samp cloth for 10 minutes then in a wok,add oil and moderately heat the oil and fry then on medium low flame and fry them until golden brown(nudge and press down so that Puri puffs off) and the delicious gol gappay ready to eat with some boiled potato, imli ki methi chutney,cholay,sev,Hara dhania and piyaaz and enjoy 😉
