  5. Take a big vessel and heat the oil deep fry the balls on low medium flame, when it gets golden brown take it out in plate.
  6. Take a 2 cups sugar in a pan and add 2 cup water.
  7. Keep this pan on gas top on a low to medium flame and stir so that the sugar begins to dissolve.
  8. When the all sugar dissolve till you get 1/2 string consistency or the syrup becomes sticky.
  9. When the sugar syrup is cooked and then we dip the Kala jamuns into the sugar syrup.
  10. And allow them to soak in the syrup for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove the Kala jamun and place in a serving bowl.
