- Now add the grated paneer and 3 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida) to khoya.
- Add 1 tbsp milk gently mix everything very well.
- Bring together this mixture and from into a dough. Do not knead the dough just mix and gather to a dough.
- Now, pinch small marble sized balls from the dough and roll them in a round shape.
- Take a big vessel and heat the oil deep fry the balls on low medium flame, when it gets golden brown take it out in plate.
- Take a 2 cups sugar in a pan and add 2 cup water.
- Keep this pan on gas top on a low to medium flame and stir so that the sugar begins to dissolve.
- When the all sugar dissolve till you get 1/2 string consistency or the syrup becomes sticky.
- When the sugar syrup is cooked and then we dip the Kala jamuns into the sugar syrup.
- And allow them to soak in the syrup for 30 minutes.
- Remove the Kala jamun and place in a serving bowl.
