- Poori Preparation: Put maida and all the ingredients for poori in a bowl.
- Add water in it and need well until the dough is smooth.
- Now make small balls and roll it. Heat oil in a kadahi and fry all the poori.
- Halwa Preparation: Heat oil in a pan and put 2 elaichi in it. After 1 minute add suji in it and stir the spoon continuously.
- Saute(bhoona) suji continuously until the colour slightly changes.
- Now separate it in a plate and set aside. In the same pan add water and sugar any stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Now add bhoona suji and dry fruits in it while steering the spoon slowly and continuously.
- Cook it well so that the water is being absorbed. Taste the sugar if required add more sugar according to your taste. Halwa is ready.
- Aur aloo dal: Heat oil in a pan add kalaunji Cook for 1 minute. Now add ginger garlic paste.
- No add potatoes (cut in small cubes) and all the spices mention above mix it well add water above the potatoes level.
- Cook it until masala leaves it smell and potatoes becomes tender. Now add tomato and cook it for sometime.
- Lastly add corn flour mix with water to thicken the gravy according to your desired consistency. Aloo daal is ready. Garnish with hara dhania and green chilli.
- Note: above-mentioned time(45 minutes) is required for all the three things and it can be less if done parallel. So don't take tension you can even make if you wake up late😉
