  1. Get 2 Sweet corns (500 gram)
  2. Prepare 3-4 Bowls fresh curd

  1. Boil sweet corn nicely up to 3-4 whistles. Drain excess water pour cold water on it and keep aside to cool down.
  2. Now separate the corn kernels with the help of a knife or kernel remover.
  3. Now blend the cold curd nicely without water as we need thick raita type consistency and pour in a big bowl.
  4. Now pour it in the serving bowl sprinkle some cumin powder, black salt, mint powder and mix well. Now add the corn kernels and mix again. Garnish with fresh mint/coriander leaves and serve cool.
