  1. In mixing bowl add all flours, grated raw mango, chopped mint- coriander leaves, cummin seeds, white sesame seeds, salt and oil(moin). Mix well.
  2. Add little little mango juice and knead into semi soft dough.
  3. Make 15-16 flatten balls. Roll each into 2" round puri. Deep fry in hot oil on medium-high flame till crispy golden brown.
