  1. Divide the powdered biscuit into 3 parts 1st part 1 bowl, second part 2 bowl and 3rd part again in 1 bowl.
  2. Take 1st part – 1 bowl powdered biscuit, 2 to 3 drops Vanilla Essence, 2 tsp fresh cream, 1/4 tsp ghee,2 Tsp Milk Powder 2 tsp Sugar powdered (optional), Mix all the ingredients properly and knead a tight dough.
  3. Take Second Part—- Mix 2 bowls biscuit powder, 1 1/2 tbsp cream, 1 1/4 tbsp Cocoa Powder, 1 1/2 tbsp milk Powder, 1 tsp ghee, dry fruits, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tsp Milk and knead a tight dough.
  4. Take the 3rd portion– 1 bowl biscuit powder, 3/4 tbsp Cocoa Powder, 1 1/2 tsp sugar, milk Powder, ghee, cream. And knead a tight dough.
  5. Take the dough with dry fruits and make rectangle from it.
  6. Roll the simple biscuit dough and cover the dryfruit roll with it. Cover all the sides evenly.
  7. Now roll the simple chocolate dough. Add it as the final layer on the chocolate burfi.
  8. Sprinkle powdered dry fruit on a tray and roll the ready burfi in it. Cover it with properly with dry fruit Powder.
  9. Let it set in fridge for 40 to 45 minutes. Make even slices from the roll and serve.
