  14. Take 1 tsp lemon juice
  15. Get 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  16. Take 1 packet pav
  17. Prepare as needed Butter for serving pav and bhaji

  9. Add boiled and mashed vegetables and lemon juice.
  10. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. Taste for the salt at this stage and add more if required. Turn off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Bhaji is ready for serving.
  11. Serve it with butter pav, salad,papad,buttermilk.
