  1. Heat a pan cook cream for 2 to 3 min.Take white chocolate in a bowl Pour cooked cream over a white chocolate and mix well till it melts.
  2. Add gulkand, chopped almonds mix well.Then dry roast your oats in a kadai or pan and grind the oats into a powder.
  3. Now add this oats powder into a melted chocolate stir well.
  4. At this stage take one plate (thali) and transfer the mixture and lable it. Sprinkle some flex seeds keep aside for 3 to 4 hours.Its little sticky but tasty.After setting cut into pieces and serve.
