Instructions to make Sooji halwa:
- Take a pan and roast the suji on low flame for 4 mins..Roast it properly otherwise it will taste raw.once aroma start to come add ghee to it roast it for another 4 mins.
- Other side prepare sugar syrup using water,sugar and strands..Boil it nicely so that the sugar dissolves…At least 10 mins.
- When roasting is done add the sugar syrup into it…And mix nicely for at least 10 mins more…You will see ghee leaving the pan…
- At last add cardamom powder and 1 spoon ghee for extra flavour.
- Garnish it with dryfruits.
