  3. Heat the dosa pan. Pour 2 scoops of dosa batter and prepare dosa. Take 2scoops of prepared aloo masala and spread evenly in it. Add 1tbsp butter and apply all over the dosa. Flame should be in medium Low.
  4. Cook until it’s golden brown and crispy. Fold the dosa as your wish and serve hot with coriander and coconut chutney.
