  3. Prepare Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp aamchur powder (optional- can be balanced with extra lemon as per taste)
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  6. Get 1/4 tsp powder made from clove and cinnamon stick
  7. Prepare 2 tsp roasted jeera (cumin seeds) powder
  8. Take 1 tsp black salt
  9. Take Salt as per taste

To begin making the Puri for Pani Puri, in a large bowl, add in the salt, sooji rava and the warm water.

  1. 1)Mix all the above ingredients to make mouth-watering paani for paani puri.
  2. 2)Garnish with salted boondi. - - Notes- - 1) Extra lemon can be added as per taste. - 2) Tamarind chutney also can be added as per personal preference.

Mix the ingredients well until the sooji rava has. Golgappe ka pani with Mint and Coriander, is a companion for Pani Puri and Puchka from East. Tried and tested restaurant style recipe with Whatever is the name, the recipe is same. Golgappa's best companion is its chatpata (tangy) water. You can't simply gulp the water balls, without this mint based.
