- Wash onion and slice it thinly. Chop chillies, mint, ginger garlic paste, coriander and curry leaves. Mix this nicely. - - 2. Add besan flour, rice flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric and ajwain. Add salt and adjust it. Keep this aside for 15 minutes.
