Instructions to make Onion Pakora:
    1. Wash onion and slice it thinly. Chop chillies, mint, ginger garlic paste, coriander and curry leaves. Mix this nicely. - - 2. Add besan flour, rice flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric and ajwain. Add salt and adjust it. Keep this aside for 15 minutes.
    1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan and heat it. When it is very hot add this to mixture and mix it again. - - 4. Now heat enough oil in kadai add the pakoda batter little by little and fry until done. - - 5. Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney.
