The ingredients needed to make Onion Raita:
  1. Prepare 1/2 cup -onions thinly slices
  2. Prepare 1 cup- Curd Thick fresh,(yogurt/dahi)
  3. Take 2 -Green chillies finally choppe
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp-Coriander leaves finally chopped
  5. Take to taste Salt
Instructions to make Onion Raita:
  1. Wash onions under running water. Peel off the skin and rinse them again.slice /cube them. wash green coriander leaves in a bowl filled with the water drain them.
  2. Add yogurt to a bowl,add salt. Whisk the yogurt to smooth.
  3. Add onions,green chillies, coriander leaves to the bowl, mix well. Add more yogurt if needed
  4. Serve onion raita with pulao or briyani.
