- Get Chicken half kg
- Prepare Red chilli
- Take Salt

Choose your chili based on your heat preference. Cooking a Chicken Karahi with the lid on is a gunaah e kabeera (major sin). The only time you're allowed to cook a Karahi with the lid on is if you're cooking a red meat Karahi (I will do a post on this next month) OR if for some reason the chicken hasn't cooked through. Add the tomatoes, coriander, cumin, red chili pepper, and remaining salt and sauté for another minute.
Instructions to make Red karahi:
- Add oil and add tomato cut 4 peice just cook until soft add all spices and chicken cook until comes oil around then add green chilli and coriander
Add salt to taste, green chilies, peppercorns, and water and place on stove on high heat. Once the water starts to boil, reduce heat to low and. In a large pot, add oil and fry onion until translucent. Add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.
