- Marinate mutton with youghrt and all spice leave for 1 hr
- Rice sock for 20 min and then add with boiling water cook 75%
- Add 1 cup oil and cumin seed than add marinated mutton fry for 10 to 15 min now add 2 cup of water for mutton tender and dry.now add chopped tomatoes.and then add green chilli fresh coriander and mint with slice lemon.all is done
- Now the mutton curry is dry and add fresh mint fresh coriander and green chilli.than 1 layer rice and 1 layer mutton curry again 1 layer rice and 1 layer curry.
- Now add some fry onion and 2 tbs kewra water.then cover the lid and steam 30 mint on low flame
- Delicious mutton lamb biryani is ready this biryani is very tasty and easy.
